You are able to exchange or return an item for at least 7 days from the day you received your purchase
- Full refund will be done in Bank account as per customer's preferences. (please mention the correct bank account)
- In case you have received a damaged or wrong product please notify us via email at email@example.com 24 hours of receipt of shipment. We will arrange to replace the items (subject to availability) free of cost or issue a full refund.
- Discounted item, (sale) gift card, and offers items are not refundable. COD amount or any discount coupon amount will not be refunded.
- To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and swing tag intact.
- Reverse pick up will be done from our side wherever possible.
NOTE: To be eligible for an Exchange, 'your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it' if you have size and colour issue and it must be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
