If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item and receive a credit in the form of a coupon code. Please contact us at email@example.com or WhatsApp us on +91 9925556699 to initiate the return/exchange process.
You are able to exchange or return an item for at least 7 days from the day you received your purchase
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and swing tag intact.
- In case you have received a damaged or wrong product, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. We will arrange to replace the items (subject to availability) free of cost or issue a full refund in the form of a coupon code.
- Discounted items, gift cards, and offers are not refundable. COD amount or any discount coupon amount will not be refunded.
- After the return is received and inspected, we will issue a coupon code equal to the purchase price of the item(s) returned. This coupon code will be sent to your registered email address and can be used to purchase any other item(s) from our website.
- Reverse pick up will be done from our side wherever possible.
NOTE: To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. if you have size and colour issue and it must be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
